The West Virginia University Extension puts on a series of “Dinner Meetings” through the winter where they invite a speaker to come speak four evenings for four years. This will reach every county in West Virginia with this certain topic.
We were invited to speak on Stockmanship and spoke at the first four meetings this February in Monroe County, Greenbrier County, Fayette/Nicolas County, and Jackson County.
Our first stop was Union in Monroe County
The second night was Ronceverte in Greenbrier County
Here’s some beautiful scenery in Nicholas County
Brian Sparks, Fayette/Nicholas County Agent, with Richard standing near the dam of Summersville Lake
The group in Oak Hill, Fayette County the third night
The country in Jackson County was a lot like here in SW Missouri
Richard spoke the final night at Cottageville in Jackson County.
Here’s a map of our speaking locations and dates.
