A man who gives his children habits of industry provides for them better than by giving them fortune.

Three Days Under the Shadow of Mt Shasta

We spent 3 days at Belcampo Farm headquarters located within sight of glorious Mt. Shasta.

This was the view from our bunkhouse.

Richard presented a one day stockmanship school for half the crew the first day.

And another one day school for the rest of the crew the second day.

2500 sheep and goats in an approx 100 acre pasture.

Kylan and Richard discussing something important.

Moonrise over Mt Shasta

Here’s some of the 2500 sheep and goats just before we started to gather them.

Here we are with all 2500 in their new paddock through two different gates and way up the hill.

View toward Mt Shasta from where we put the sheep and goats.

Looking back down the hill toward the paddock (in red) we brought the sheep and goats out of.

Then we helped drive 150 fat hogs to a new paddock. They drove great!

The hogs happy in their new digs.
