Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.

— Albert Einstein

We spoke to an interested group of University of Missouri Ag students and staff Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. We were going to do a live demonstration Saturday morning, but it was snowing and blowing, and we decided classroom work would be lots more productive! We feel watching movies you can back up and replay again and again are better for learning than leaning against a fence trying to catch every movement and not miss something.

  1. I want to thank you for coming to the University of Missouri. I really enjoyed listening to everything you had to say. As a matter of fact, I will be using things I learned from your school for a class project focusing on designing practical animal handling facilities to assure meat quality. Thank you so much!!
