Richard will be keynote speaker at the 5th Annual Grazing Conference sponsored by the Mid-Missouri Grazing Council January 23, at the Boone County Fairgrounds near Columbia, Missouri. He will speak on low-stress stockmanship at lunch and then give a live-animal demonstration in the afternoon.

I’ve been talking with Bob Cheves of the West Virginia University Extension, and I’m signed up to go back and talk to eight more counties January 8-11 and 15-18. I’ll post the itinerary as soon as I get it.

I really enjoyed my 2006 tour. West Virginia is very much like SW Missouri in many aspects, and I felt quite at home. Click here for photos of that 2006 trip.
